Each KittyCaps hat measures approximately 60–80mm in diameter — the part that sits on your cat's head. They're knitted from 100% polyester for a soft, lightweight feel. Adjustable chin ties help ensure a secure, comfortable fit for different head shapes and sizes. Because every hat is handmade, slight variations in size and appearance are completely normal and make each one unique.

One size fits most. The hat crown measures approximately 60–80mm in diameter, with adjustable chin ties to accommodate different head shapes. Every cat is unique, and every hat is slightly different too — so while our hats are designed to fit most cats comfortably, we recommend checking your cat's head size if you are unsure. The chin ties allow you to adjust the fit so it stays secure without being too tight.

Our hats are made from 100% knitted polyester. The material is soft, lightweight, and designed to be comfortable for most cats. Every cat is different though — if your cat shows signs of irritation or discomfort, please remove the hat immediately and don't force it on them. For the best experience, let your cat sniff and explore the hat first before trying it on, and always supervise them while they're wearing it.
